We do this with a conscious awareness and a responsibility to the environment and to the community. CEA assists distressed homeowners each and every day avoid bank foreclosures and protect their credit by aquiring these properties in the pre-foreclosure stage. Additionally, we’re going to revitalize these same communities by rehabilitating these properties with environmentally responsible green initiatives.

Peter G. Simko

Founder, General Partner

Peter G. Simko is the founder of Center Exchange Associates, LLC. Mr. Simko received a B.A. in Economics/Finance from Framingham State College while serving as a member in the Armed Forces. Mr. Simko has worked as a General Securities Registered Representative with various Wall Street firms including Fidelity Investments, TD Waterhouse, AXA/Equitable Advisors and more recently as a Registered Principal for Scottrade Financial Services. Mr. Simko has been involved in real estate since he obtained his salesman license in 2004 and also obtained an NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license in 2008.

Mr. Simko brings over a decade of real world experience and first hand knowledge of the financial markets to Center Exchange Associates, LLC. His background stretches from investments to insurance to real estate and banking. His vision is to put real people back to work by promoting an environmentally friendly approach to revitalizing distressed neighborhoods using green initiatives. To help stabilize volatility in the current real estate market and to help homeowners alleviate duress by avoiding the coming flood of foreclosures.

Frankie J. Mozell

Sr. Consultant & General Partner

Frankie J. Mozell is the co-founder of Center Exchange Associates, LLC. An experienced professional of government affairs and sales, Mr. Mozell manages the firms marketing, social media and acting liaison to community organizations and government agencies. He manages the advocacy for distressed homeowners, develops contractor relationships, and fosters community partnerships for projects within neighborhoods targeted by Center Exchange Associates, LLC.

Mr. Mozell brings pragmatic government affairs and sales experience to the firm. Prior to co-founding Center Exchange Associates, LLC., he monitored environmental legislation from Massachusetts to Hawaii as a legislative associate for Stateside Associates, the largest state government affairs firm in the United States. Mr. Mozell gained political experience working several statewide campaigns in Massachusetts, and county and congressional races in Maryland where he went on to become a legislative aide within the Maryland General Assembly House of Delegates. Mr. Mozell matriculated at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Social Thought & Political Economy.
